Anyone been in ICU after DIEP nipple sparing?

just wondering what to expect from my post surgery hospital stay. I am having DMX nipple sparing with immediate recon using stomach fat and also tummy tuck. I will be in ICU for 2 days for constant monitoring of breasts acceptance of fat which I am fine with. And then 2-3days in regular room. I am hoping to be in pretty good shape after all that for going home with too much pain. Anyone have experience with this. I know it's still rare and not many surgeons do this type surgery because it is microsurgery connecting nerves and blood vessels. At least that's the end of it though. One and done and least chance of infection
