BRAC2 Positive No breast cancer/breasts removed?

I am being followed by my genetic counselor and I am going for screening of my breasts through MRI breast images., the test showed three low suspicious area all biopsy negative. I have had my ovaries removed 12 years ago. I am 65.

I am not sure how to proceed, have others had their breast removed just as a precaution. Is it enough to wait to see if I have an occurrence before removing them. Which kind of MD should be I be under the care of, do I need to find a onnologoist, even though I do not have breast cancer? Does it make sense to have a 'relationship' with a breast surgeon?

How to others in similar situations handle this? Did you deceide to have your breasts removed, even if you did not have cancer?.
