Lump near SNB site

Hi there. I'm brand new to this site and a little scared. I was diagnosed with High Grade DCIS in 2013. I had just turned 33. Opted for a bilateral mastectomy. My breast surgeon was great at what he did, but an insensitive a-hole so I never went back to him after my surgery. About a year after my surgery I noticed a strange lump/mass near my SNB site. At the time I was working with a Pain Dr (I was diagnosed with Post Mastectomy Pain Syndrome) and my plastic surgeon. Both had no idea what the lump could be so I scheduled an appt with another Breast Surgeon. She sent me for an MRI, but they weren't able to figure out what it was. I was then scheduled for an ultrasound where again they weren't able to figure out what it was. That was all in Oct of 2015. They took the "wait and see" approach. It hasn't set right with me, but because I was only diagnosed with DCIS, everyone makes it seem as if it's not a big deal and I'm overreacting. Last night I started having pain at the lump and it was radiating into my breast, behind my implant. I am calling my BS's office as soon as they open, but I guess my question is (after my long rambling post lol) has anyone had any similar experiences? Since I was diagnosed, everything scares me but I try so hard not to always go to the worst case scenario. My Uncle just passed away 2 weeks ago from oral cancer and with his loss and this stupid lump, I'm really scared.

Thanks for any advice
