Axillary lump and swelling years after bmx

This is what the lump has grown into in the last cpl of months. At first it felt like a small bb under the skin. No outward sign meaning no rash or redness (until the other night when I dry shaved like a dork cause I wanted to better a better feel of under the skin). Has anyone else had something like this happen and what was the result? My bmx was Feb 2013 and my last reconstruction surgery was November of 2015. My us is tomorrow but I'm anxious to know.

I had ilc in both breasts and both removed. My nodes back then came back clear.
