Low ER+, PR- benefits of Tamoxifen?

I am struggling with the decision to take Tamoxifen or not.

DCIS was ER+(5-10%), PR-. Micro invasion(.5mm) was ER-, PR-, HER2+.

My MO is strongly recommending Tamoxifen, but MO for my second opinion said he wouldn't strongly recommend it. He said it was my option and up to me. He didn't think there would be a strong benefit of taking it.

I go back and forth. I want to do everything I can so I don't have to deal with BC again, but I don't want to take a medicine for 10yrs if it really won't benefit me. I haven't found any info on low ER+. Has anyone else?
