Why does my sternum hurt?

I had the Diep back in December then had my revision in April and for the past 2 weeks the area between my new breasts hurts. I have no cleavage whatsoever because my new boobs are really small now. I went from saggy, droopy DD's and now I'm a B if I'm lucky. I truly don't even need to wear a bra cause they're that little however it just feels better with one on. It feels like a bowling ball is sitting on my sternum constantly. I hate taking off my bra to get in the shower and like I said this just started, what is it, does anyone know?
