Breastfeeding atypical cells

In 02/15 I had bloody nipple discharge...at the time I was trying for my 3rd baby..had papiloma removed and tested ...showed a typicac hyperplasia..was to follow up every 6 months for mri then ultrasound ...had an mri in july showed a lil something but could be from surgery so doctor decieded to watch..i got pregnant in august and in november had some rust color discharge ...doctor said it could be from breast growing from pregnancy...then i had an ultrasound in 02/16..showed same spot...then in may when I had my baby I pumped and ONE time has blood in my milk same breast was a tear from pumpinh to hard stoped after i let it heal...Now I have been breastfeeding for 3 months and doctor wants me to stop to get mri...in case she missed something...and because of my high risk...im 27 now..How likely is something missed on Ultrasound? & anyone witn a typical hyperplasia have no symptoms and have breast cancer?
