getting serious about reducing my risks

I am at high risk for Breast Cancer and I am considering surgery. We live in an area in Kentucky where all the doctors that I have seen so far are more concerned about saving the breast over the person. I am trying to be proactive but the doctors in this area are looking at me like I am crazy. any suggestions? I have had a needle biopsy and now a tissue biopsy both came back fine.
90% reduce risk is great and better than the other treatments.
