Dancing with stage 4

Waiting for my dr to call and discuss my recent PET ct scan results. She had told me there was a 5mm Lucency on my T6 consistent with a lytic bone metastasis after a recent ct scan. The PET scan says that there was no uptake noted but the measurements are just now getting to be the size that would show up on pet scan. It does say that it is noted to be a Hyper Metabolic lesion with no activity at this time. The radiologist recommends MRI or to follow up due to the size just reaching what would show on pet scan. I have been on Tamoxifen and I'm wondering if this just means that it is working and it was possibly there at diagnosis or is this a small new mets starting? Also noted was a small uptake in a left axillary lymph node but not enough to be considered metastasis, correlate with clinical findings. My recent mammogram had a questionable area in my left breast (original cancer was right) but they determined it was ok and said I was good until next year. However I have extremely dense Breast so I worry there is something lurkin there ugh. I was considering going off tamoxifen due to a tender liver and awful ovarian cysts but now thinking I better stay with it. Am I interpreting this correctly? Anyone with stable mets that can tell me how it reads when there is therapeutic treatment?

Thanks!
