Ideas for thanking coworkers

My co-workers have been a huge help over the past year, and I'd like to do something to acknowledge them. Bringing in some food seems like the obvious thing, but many of my co-workers have gone on diets this past year and would be left out (seems like half the office is eating out of portion control containers). Anyone have any ideas for something fun or healthier treats?
