1 year Arimidex then 3 years Tamoxifen now bleeding?

I started the Arimidex right after chemo in 2013 (after having bloodwork done saying I was post menopause) but had to go off of it a year later due to side effects. Went on Tamoxifen, I haven't had too many side effects...until now

I started having really bad cramps a few days at a time, enough to stop me from walking (I walk 4-5 miles a day) so I called my dr and she sent me to a GYN. He ordered an ultrasound (which is coming up tomorrow) then Sunday night I had a ton of brown blood! I have not had a period since December 2012! As of this morning it has turned red and I am still having very bad cramps and not even 600 mg ibuprofen is helping I did call my dr first thing Monday and she told me to tell the GYN. I did and he said ..see you Wednesday.

Anyone relate with a decent outcome?????? I am almost 4 years cancer free (October 23)

Maybe you should go to the emergency room. Pretty outrageous that you doctor won't see you right away. Take care!

I am a new patient with him. Maybe that's why? I put in a call to my oncologist and am waiting to hear back.
