Fat Grafting years later?

Hi Ladies
It's been a long time since I posted as I am over 5 years out. I had a BMX with TE's then implants. After that I got nipples done, areola grafts and 3 D tattoos. My breasts look very real other than the MX scars. My MO always thinks my nips are real. While I am very happy with the results, I just wish I had more of a cleavage look and more projection. I feel like foobs are still more flat and wide. I am just curious if anyone has been in the same situation and has done any fat grafting to help with this. Can anyone comment? I don't want to mess up my great results, but I just want my foobs to look more real in clothes. TIA.
