I had been lucky during my 12 week treatment of Taxol + Herceptin to not experience any nausea. After my 10th infusion I became and still am very nauseous. I tried Zophran which not only makes me incredibly drowsy and out of it and it doesn't really work very well. When I went for my 11th they gave me emend in my IV which worked great, but I was nauseous again by the next morning. I then tried Procchlorperazine which works great except it puts me in a coma! My last chemo is Wednesday and then I have a trip planned 5 days later during my 3 week break before my next herceptin and radiation. Any advice on how to control this so I can enjoy my trip? Of course I'm trying ginger and all the usual home remedies. When I planned the trip I was basing it on how I felt about five days after most of my treatments
