Another lump...but prone to cysts

Options

I will try to keep this short. I finished treatment a year ago last May. Before BC I was always prone to cysts and I thought tamoxifen might have calmed things down. I found another lump...a cyst with part solid matter. I'm really trying not to overthink things but it seems I can't just "be done" because every lump now deems further scrutiny and I'm getting exhausted. This will be my 4 biopsy since treatment ended. I'm really doubting my decision to only have done the lx...but a mx seemed too radical for me. If you are cyst prone how did you cope?? Everyone around me is kind of in disbelief that I seem to always getting something checked...but I don't know what else I can do????

I had BMX and have also had to have a lot of lumps checked. My body makes a lot of scar tissue. It is stressful

I just had my mamo/us today and on my right site they "think" it's a cyst, but did a biopsy to be sure. I'm in waiting mode. I'm five years in Oct. I wasn't expecting this. I had a uni, this is on my "good" side which usually does have a cyst or two but never had to have a biopsy.

It all sucks! But I guess better to be checked than be sorry later.

Let us know how it goes. Sorry you have to wait so long. That's the pits.

My cyst turned out to be just fiberous (?) tissue in the cyst. You know while waiting on the results I did ok. If I really stopped and focused on it I would get stressed, but then I just tried not to do that.

I hope all is well with yours too. Anyone waiting for results know that either way you will be ok.

I think I'm getting worried that this is my new normal. I was cystic before but I don't feel like I can sit on things like I use to. For years I was told it was nothing til one day it wasn't. I just switched to a new BS...who seems to be more on top of things. Crossing my fingers..
