Well don't know if this is a tip/advice, but when I had my full body scan a couple of months ago and the dermatologist wanted to biopsy a red "mole" on my leg that a previous dermatologist from the same practice had said was a shaving nick from a couple of years ago...the biopsy came back as a benign sebaceoma. Given the BC background, the dermatologist said it had the same chemistry as colon polyps and I should consider having my colonoscopy at a 5 year rather than the standard 10 year interval. But when I sent the pathology to my Internist and the Gastro guy who had done the colonoscopy 5 years back (all clear) they both said they had never heard of such a thing and while I could have it at the 5yr interval, they wouldn't code it as medically necessary! So mixed signals seem to be the way of life with BC.

Glad you had a good outcome with the LX. I had two LXs with no clear margins before the MX last June...
