Triple Negative

Options

I was diagnosed in July 14 with invasive ductal carcinoma. There's no evidence of metastasis nor nodes. My pathology report came back indicating a 10 to 50% estrogen receptor staining. I am negative in progesterone and HER 2. I am at an excellent facility in Boston. My team is treating me as a triple negative due to the low threshold of ER receptivity. Chemo first followed by surgery. I am worried that I will have triple negative outcomes. my tumor is 2.5 cm. I am on AC 4 rounds and then Taxol. I welcome any and all advice. Should I have pushed for surgery first? Will Tamoxifen make adjuvantdifference in my case?

Thank you
