Large IDC tumor zero nodes

hi all!
My tumor board recommends 4 infusions of TC chemo because I had 2 large tumors (10cms and 7 cms), 0/2 negative nodes and clean margins after right MX. Oncotype DX score will be in next week. If score is low, MO wants to proceed with chemo regardless have any of you dealt with this?
How did u decide?
