Please Advise...thank you!

Good morning all. I am hoping for some guidance. This "journey" started about a month ago with what I thought to be a rash on my right breast. It quickly developed all the symptoms (shooting pain, rapid swelling, hot to the touch, heavy feeling, increased redness, orange peel appearance) I went to the doctor and they put me on prednisone and a topical steroid. Two days later it was so much worse and expressing nipple discharge so I went back. They put me on an antibiotic and diagnosed mastitis; but also sent me for a diagnostic mammogram because the appearance was so "classic IBC" according to the doctor. I am also 41 and have not breast fed in 17 years. The radiologist reviewed the mammogram and then followed it with an ultrasound because she indicated my breast are very Fibrocystic. She stated all looked clear but, due to the appearance and extreme family history with breast cancer, referred me to a breast cancer high risk clinic. So....I finished the antibiotic last week and it did help with some of the symptoms but the red patch is very much still there. I also now have pain in my breast bone and a tight feeling (pressure kind of) in my chest. I was not too worried since there was moderate improvement on antibiotics but this discomfort at my breast bone is to the point it is even waking me up,which is concerning. Should I wait the three weeks to be seen at the clinic or go back to my GP? Thank you for any thoughts/opinions.
