Saw my oncologist after mastectomy 2 weeks ago. He said bad news, 15 out of 20 lymph nodes positive. Then said good news no cancer in the breast tissue. Does anyone know how this affects my prognosis? I feel a big lack of information and detail. My treatment plan is not altered. Due to start radiotherapy once wound healed enough.
