Weird hard spots after DIEP phase 2

Hi all, I'm 10 days out from my DIEP phase 2. I had lipo done to smooth out some areas and to fat graft, scar revision and 100 cc implants put in under my flaps.

I will admit I have NOT been sedentary. I had surgery on 7/21, and left the hospital at noon the next day ( I could have left earlier but I was really enjoying not hearing my kids argue!!!!). I didn't lift anything for a couple days but drove on Monday and resumed activity at 50-70%. That probably wasn't for the best, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Anyway, I have developed hard areas on my sides at my waistline. One side is much worse than the other. They are sore underneath, but numb at the skin level. It's a very weird sensation. The side that is the most affected has a hard area that is about 4" x 3". I had my friend feel it today and she thinks it almost feels like a tube is in there. I'm not sure I agree but I'm stumped as to what it is. These are both areas that were liposuctioned and were really bruised.

Luckily, I have my PS follow-up tomorrow and should find out what the heck is going on. I have no waist at the moment because of this. It's very difficult to lie on my side which is a total pain!

Anybody experience this?

oh boy, hope you get relief soon. Are wearing the wonderful garment? I found the fat grafting more painful than the big surgery. I had 2 garments and would always keep the one I wasn't wearing clean. I would get sweaty and itchy and would shower and switch garments. That helped alot, and of course it was July and hot.

I wore the binder for the first 10 days or so, but haven't been wearing it for three days now. I'm doing OK without it. It's just this weird spot that has me concerned. Plus, I am so itchy!!!!
