Clear Yellow Fluids from Drainage with tiny black particles.

What does it mean ? We took a reading of just under 30 ml, after 24 hours. Prior readings were recorded after a 12 hour period, which last read 15 ml. My father was the one who usually helps with the recordings but he is very abusive and treats my mother badly. He had an argument with her insulting her and stuff last night so he didn't take the reading. This morning he told me he took the reading after 24 hours and it measured under 30ml but there were tiny dark particles and the color of the liquid were a bright yellow.
