I have 650cc's in a TE sized to hold 600-720cc's.

I had discomfort from 300 at surgery until 3 days after second post surgery fill that put me at 450. Since then I have had +50cc every 10 days to 2 weeks...getting to my now total of 650.

Except for the first 48hrs or so, I have been okay with the fills...

My last fill was Tuesday, today Saturday, and still feeling awkward -- 4 days past a fill....making me think I might "be done"

The TE feels heavy, is in my way underarm boob and generally uncomfortable.

I am way smaller than my native R, and not ready size wise to stop...but...

So the question...when did you decide to stop?

I guess that is, if you had a choice...my PS is all about, tell me when you want to stop.

Thanks, as always for your reply, it really helps,.

My PS determined when she stopped. I guess you need to decide what size you want to be and then what size/type implant is necessary, then your PS should make the call. Your pec needs to be 'expanded' enough for the implant. I was very uncomfortable after my last fill when I think she put more than usual in. My TEs also shifted a little so that may have caused the discomfort as well. So much better with the implants then with the TEs. I'm almost 4 weeks post op from exchange.

    Hope this helps a little!
