exchange of expanders to implants completed

Exchange procedure

bilateral mastectomy

5/2015

one breast that was removed also had also had13 lymph nodes removed. the implant on that side is much harder feels much more tight and a little bigger than the other, but not to the naked eye. does anyone know if is this is this normal for this condition? Does or has anyone else experienced the same or similar issue?

    I doubt you will find anyone in this section who has experience with that - mods, maybe you could move it to the reconstruction section? I'm sure it would get plenty of answers there.

    Did you have radiation? I have bmx and radiation only on one side and that side is definitely more firm than the other. If you are concerned you should ask your PS. Call and talk to the nurse. They are usually very helpful
