Gambling on the future...

I think I show all the signs of Luminal B. My Onc says she doesn't agree and thinks I'll be pleasantly surprised when the mammoprint comes back on friday (I've been waiting weeks and the more I learn the more anxious I am). So, while I understand Luminal B (LB) has a higher reoccurance point than LA, my oncotype said chemo would only drop my 13% down to 10%. So 3%. My Onc doesn't think it's worth it. I'm 41, I have 3 littles, and I also had melanoma stage 1a, so that's a factor perhaps. Chemo could trigger melanoma.

Anyway, something I'm weighing is this. If I'm LB, I'll do AI/OS rather than Tamox. And what if I gamble and not do chemo with the expectation that if this returns in 10 or 20 years science will have much better options than chemo. Are we close to individual genetic targeted treatments? Does anyone think we are almost there with a cure in 15 years?, does anyone else weigh the future treatment in their decisions of chemo or not? Lastly, since I had bmx, does that mean if it does reoccur, am I automatically stage 4?

I love you ladies and all the educated tidbits I get on here. I'm crowdsourcing a second opinion, y'all know as much as 1 doc collectively. :)
