Atrial Fibbulation after Neulasta

I just received my first round of Cytoxan Tacotere and the next day received my Neulasta injection and 3 days later in the hospital for a-fib. Has anyone has this experience?

It may- or may not be related to the Neulasta shot. The medications/steroids they give you to control nausea/vomiting may, also, be the culprit.
