Clinical trails for metastatic HER2+ PIK3CA

Hi,
My mom is taking treatment for HER2+ ER-/PR-. I have collected some of the clinical trails which are specific to HER2+ ER-/PR- condition as listed below. If anyone has more info, please do add to the list below.

After finding these many trails I got more confused on how to select a better suited one.
I'm in India and am preparing to take my mom to US but would like to finalize the trail before I come there due to logistical reasons (many of the trails are available at some hospitals only). Please share if anyone has information on if there is a way to consult experts in HER2+ breast cancer who can guide me make that decision before coming to US .
