Anyone had open heart surgery after radiation?

this might be totally in the wrong area, but I am wondering if any long term survivors have experienced heart disease & if anyone has used a cardio- oncologist. I have recently been told I need open heart surgery & have been reading of the high risks of the surgery if you have had chest radiation for breast cancer. Anyone survivors out there who have gone through this surgery? Thanks( & apologies if this landed in the wrong place:))
