Immunotherapy (Opdivo) and breast implants

I have just started taking Opdivo (immunotherapy). I had to delay my exchange surgery that would have removed my tissue expanders for implants. Now, I am checking in with the plastic surgeon next week to see if I can get out these tissue expanders. If you are on immunotherapy and have implants, please let me know if you have had any issues or if it went better than planned. We checked in with the manufacturers and their info was vague and didn't directly answer the question. Our concern is, will my immune system with all the hyped up helpers (Opdivo) respond by over reacting to new implants?
