Hi everyone I have just recently been diagnosed with IDC in left breast 7.6mm grade 1

ER + PR + HER2NEU - negative

Lumpectomy and SNB scheduled for Aug 25th

16-25 Radiation treatments recommended

Hormone Therapy

Just completed 35 radiation and 3 Chemo in January for Throat Cancer, breast cancer was picked up on PET scan. Throat is clear now and BC is unrelated to previous throat cancer ( squamous cell carcinoma)

hi Charlene. I'm in NB. Saint John. Glad to hear your throat cancer is clear. That's amazing news!

My mother was diagnosed a few months ago (still for some reason don't know the name of her cancer). She is currently going through FEC chemo. Surgery is TBD.

Hi Hardy,

I am not far from you in Cambridge Narrows - all my docs and treatments are in Saint John I will say in regards to my throat cancer

there are great docs in the oncology dept at the regional and the nursing staff on the oncology ward are fantastic ( I spent 2 months there last winter)

I am having a lumpectomy and SNB on Aug 25

strange that you were not told her type of cancer ..wishing your mom all the best
