Multifocal mixed tissue cancer and chemo

I have 4 tumors. 1 is IDC and 3 are ILC. All of them are small. I had a BMX and just saw the oncologist. My sentinel nodes were clear and my oncoDX was only 7. My Dr says I don't need anything but tamoxifen for 10 yrs. I'm 43 so I guess that's my only choice. With my cancer being mixed and multi I was surprised they didn't want to do chemo or even radiation. Is this normal?

I think it is normal, especially with very small tumors like less than 5mm. Tamoxifen and AI drugs are very effective with estrogen positive cancer. Radiation is used for lumpectomies or positive nodes or mastectomy where margin is questionable.

that's good to hear. I'm definitely happy not having to go through chemo.
