Lymph nodes a concern?

I had a mammogram and limited ultrasound yesterday (was supposed to be a full ultrasound) :(

That being said, they saw a lymph node in my breast that has the retracted nipple/indent. I don't get why they didn't do a full ultrasound. I'm so confused with all of this. Should I be concerned with the lymph node??

    I just posted in the benign group last night about not having a full ultrasound. So I'm wondering the same thing. Makes me curious also. Why not check us all over seeing as we are there for a reason and paying the price tag for a full procedure.

    I called my doctor and spoke with the nurse, she said they had NO reason to not do a full ultrasound, especially since I have dense breast. Waiting to hear from my doctor about it when she's out of surgeries.

    I thought about calling but I have an appt with my doc monday so I'm going to say something to him then. Let me know what your dr says please.
