In 2002 (at age 52) I endured the two lumpectomies, axillary lymph node dissection (sentinel node), Stage II-B B/C, chemo and radiation. No recurrence 14 years later. Am I done? Would it reappear after this long?

I would say yes. Your chances are low for recurrence especially if you were er and pr negative. Don't worry.
