Tanned patch on chest

Hi all,

It's been 3 months since I finished radiation treatments, does the tanned patch left on my chest ever go away? Any suggestions on what to do?

itj88, It's been 5 months for me since my last radiation. My skin still looks darker, wish it world fade already. Hows your skin?

Yes it does - with time. A tan you get from being out in the sun doesn't disappear immediately.

If you are concerned, you could see a Dermatologist.

My RO told me it was permanent. I am just one year out though

My mother is 7 years out and still has a darker radiation field.
