Pain on one side after bilateral mastectomy

I have been in severe pain ever since my surgery last week. I can't take pain meds because they make me vomit. My left side which is also the side with cancer and the sentinel lymph removal, has been severely cramping. It is uncontrollable and leave me screaming. Both my BS and my PS say they have never seen anyone in this kind of pain. That makes me so angry. They had a bra that was way too tight on me and then someone took that off and wrapped me in an ace bandage. I have huge holes where the bra was too tight. Please tell me someone else has had pain like this or am I just a wimp.

    Can you take lorazepam? It's a benzodiazepine that helps with muscle activity and gives some people some pain relief. I had a lot of rippling in my muscles after surgery and it helped.
