TNBC, post treatment. What are symptoms of reoccurrence

I am TNBC, invasive ductal, bilateral mastectomy(my choice). I received 4 rounds of Adriamycin and Cytoxan and 4 rounds of Taxol. I am now through with chemotherapy. My doctor does not do repeat scans unless I have symptoms. I am scared! What symptoms do I look for(doctor told me but want answers from women who have been there
