Lymph Nodes

I was Diagnosed in May Stage1 and since then I have had a lump appear in my bilateral side. I have my lumpectomy in 10 days, I will be talking with my docs about this. Anyone else have experience where the lymph nodes on the opposite side of diagnosis ended up becoming swollen or cancerous?
