Five Years Living with Stage IV!
My friends,
It's been five years since I was diagnosed with lung mets. Last week's CT and bone scan show no active disease, as has been the case for several years straight.
I am grateful beyond words for my good fortune, and for the support and camaraderie I have found in this forum.

Tina, Yay! Thank you for sharing. This news gives hopes to many on these boards, I am sure.
I am at 4-1/2 years of active treatment for Stage IV. I'll be celebrating 5 years in December. I found out between my wedding and Christmas. I was sure I wouldn't survive one year. Finding hope and help on breastcancer.org has played a major role in cheating cancer.
Here's to more celebrations for you, Tina, and more for all Stage IV ladies and gentlemen.
