Hi,

Newly diagnosed and desire to use my own tissue for reconstruction. Second consult, said no to nipple sparing reconstruction due to ptosis of nipples. She also insisted on three surgeries vs one. She wants to do a sentinal lymph node first followed by either reconstruction or expander a depending on the lymph nodes.

The first consult was positive on doing everything at one time.
