The reason of aggressiveness of TNBC?

TNBC is a tough one, but why?

Simply currently lack of targeted therapy? Or because the tumor itself has the unique biological characters?

My mom's onc think it is mainly the ability of self -fueled growth making tnbc more aggressive. He said under the same treatment ,even without hormone therapy, ER+ /PR+ is still better than tnbc within the first five years.

    I am not sure TN is self fueled. Rather it is unknown as to what brings it on. I have my theories and mostly environmental ones. My cancer started where I stored my cell phone, on the left side of my left breast. No one is looking at this as a cause, and it may just be one of many.

    When I asked my onc. She indicated there was nothing to support my ideas, but Dr.'sdon't ask. So many younger women are developing this cancer and do exactly what I did and got The dreaded TN diagnoses.
