Bruises on nipple.. Paget's disease?

I have three dark purpleish wedge-shaped bruise-like things on my right nipple. That breast also hangs lower than my left breast. Additionally, the right side of my upper body in general feels heavier. Lifting my right arm is harder than lifting my left. Could these be coincidences? I should also add that I am 19 yrs old, so I know this is unlikely, but it does happen. I went to a doctor who did not find any lumps when she examined my breasts and said my nipple just has normal variations. But I know that Paget's disease is rare and many doctors don't know about it. What should I do?
