Rads with TEs or final implants after exchange?

Consensus on which is better?

For women opting for implant recon but who also need radiation -

Has your PS explained whether it is best to do the rads with the TEs in place, or with the final silicone implants? I assume the rads will interfere with cosmetic results and healing either way, but is one option preferred to the other one?

Also, at what stage is the lat dorsi procedure done in this process, if suggested?

    I had rads with my TEs and that is what my PS recommended. I had no complications with radiation and my exchange went very well. I can see the difference between the radiated side and non radiated side, but they look great in clothes. I have silicone implants
