What can I expect when I exchange my TE's for implants?

Hey All--

Looking for some info. I'm happy to say I am FINALLY exchanging out my TE's for implants. It's been a long 4+ months... Can't wait to get these hockey pucks off my chest! Pseudo-literally!! 😂

First off, how's the recovery after this procedure I have one week off , surgery 2pm this Tuesday and I return to work the Tuesday after. Will that be ok? Did anyone have any complications?

An odd thought occurred to me. I don't think I know if I'm getting silicone or saline implants. Does anyone have any thoughts on one way vs the other? I feel like a dope. When I first saw him back when I was Dxd in 10/15 I think I was really in a fog and time has marched on but I don't know if we ever discussed a choice / pros / cons of one over the other

I have a call into his office ... It's a bit late into the game since my Preop was yesterday. But I think I should make sure all the info is out there.
