medium-term problems after diep

Hello ... sorry for the intrusion ... I am here to confront regarding any post Diep issues. I had a diep in 2011 after a mastectomy sparing no skin on my left breast; It was initially too big to which 'was necessary to reduce it in 2012; after 4 years I have the feeling of not being satisfied; first and 'still too big, I have to bring a filler breast does not work and then the abdomen scar tightens a lot, too. The removed lymph nodes were 2/25 but I did radio: I wanted to ask if someone 'happened to have the leg of the fancy heavy and even if and' normal that the abdomen scar give way fastidio..Grazie ... greetings from Italy
