HER+ yet not opting herceptin.is there any chance

hey

My mother was diagnosed IDC 3 cm, grade 3. ER+/PR-, HER+

She just finished her chemotherapy after which she'll have surgery and then radiation. Doctors have prescribed for herceptin just 2weeks prior last chemotherapy.It has been devastating as my mother wasnt expecting it.

We live in a south asian country and due to lack of funds its very expensive and almost impossible for my mum to get herceptin.is there any substitute for the drug..is there any hope
