TNBC- local recurrence after immediate breast reconstruction

I was diagnosed with triple negative stage 1 rt breast cancer which was extremely tender. I was 34, pathologist (trained in India) giving my exams for the licensing here. I underwent bilateral mastectomy with nipple sparing and immediate breast implants+ 8 cycles chemo AC+T and radiation since one of the margin was involved. Nodes were negative. Genetic studies revealed mlh gene mutation aka Lynch syndrome. I was devastated.

After a year of coping up and regaining my usual strength, I found a small tender nodule near my rt areola. Biopsy tested positive for the same cancer. Surgery was planned ASAP but within a week, 3-4 superficial tender nodules popped up and I ended up having the skin nodule+rt implant removal. I am post op almost a week now. I dont know what chemo has been planned. Have an appointment with the oncologist in a week. Has anyone had a similar experience? Pl do share
