Flattening next to nipple NJ doctor recommendation?

My toddler is turning 4 next month and still breastfeeds. She's been twiddling my left breast since she's about 7 months old (I've tried to stop her, but she's persistant). She pushes in my nipple basically. In January I noticed that the skin/tissue of my breast next to the nipple is flat now..like an inch of just flatness to the right of my nipple (where her hand is usually) can this be from twiddling? I'm looking at google and freaked out.I went to the doctor in January and she wasn't sure and didn't have an answer after doing an ultrasound. She wants me back in July and mentioned I have fibrocystic breast tissue. I get pains in this breast also, but she gave me now reasons or ideas as to what it is other than to just come back for a repeat US. Does anyone have any recommendations for doctors in NJ?

where are you in NJ? Dr. Leah Gendler in Morristown is top notch. There is another one on Livingston at St. Barnabas but in and reember her name. I also understand that there is a great team at Hackensack.
