Sticky underarms

This is a strange topic I know, but I have been dealing with this since having chemo 11 years ago. My underarms are itchy and sticky and irritated during the hot weather. I have tried different deodorants, powder, argan oil, lavender oil and nothing takes care of it. I don't know if it is a side affect of the chemo or something else. Even though the hair on my head grew back okay, the hair on the rest of my body is either very fine or non existent. If anyone has any ideas, I would be grateful.
