Probiotic recomendation

Can anyone recomend a good probiotic? I am done with chemo and my main side effects have been gastrointestinal. This will be my first time taking them and noidea how many CFU to take

    Doctors have always recommended Align for my daughter who has a lot of gastro issues. Congrats on completing chemo!

    For a good variety of different strains I take Douglas Laboratories Multi-Probiotic 40 billion. You can take up to 4 per day but it is best to build up slowly to give your digestive system time to adjust.
