Possible swollen lymph node on bc side

Hello, I'm now 20 months from my BMX, cancer was on the right side and SN negative. I was stage 1a, given the cancer was 1.6 cm. The past few days I've been feeling some changes in my upper underarm on my right side. It almost feels like muscle or tendons, but of course it's only on my right side. Sometimes I think I may feel a lump if I hold my arm a certain way. I plan on calling my oncologist first thing in the morning, just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar? I guess I should add that my cancer was er/pr+ her2-, and I've been on tamoxifen 19 months now.

    Definitely worth getting checked out. Lymph nodes can swell for lots of reasons including things like ingrown hairs. Hoping it is something benign, but always best to get it checked.
