Need help interpreting mammogram and ultrasound results please?

I had an MRI as well with and without contrast, the results were negative I was told by the nurse, although I have not spoken to the doctor yet. I have not received the MRI report yet but I am paranoid about whether I should have the lump removed since there can be cases of false negatives. However the mammogram and ultrasound report was uploaded. Can somebody help me understand it as best as possible?

Where's the recommendation section and the part where it gives the Birad's rating? The bottom part of the report is cut off. What was the physician's recommendation?

It appears from what I read that you have normal fibroglandular breasts (which 60% of women have.) based on what this says. There is no solid or cystic mass. What do you want them to remove?

Hello, thanks for responding. There is a lump I can feel on my right breast, as the report states. The bottom of the report just gave a BIRADS 3 rating with a recommendation for a 6 month follow up (which I instead requested an MRI, which I did yesterday, but the report hasn't been uploaded, although they informed me verbally it was negative).

Looks like to me you have normal lumpy fibrocystic breasts and nothing to worry about. MRI's only have about a 5% false negative rate. Combined with the other imaging you've had done it doesn't look like there is anything worrisome. Normal glandular tissue can feel "lumpy" in spots because it can be denser in some areas of your breast than others.

Yeah, I am pretty confused, about an hour ago, my doctor wrote me back and said the only way to know if it is benign is to have a biopsy. But before I had the MRI I had inquired about a biopsy and was told there no focalized target, so they suggested an MRI and then that would either provide negative results or provide guidance for a biopsy. Well the results are negative so how is a biopsy even possible then? And the surgery center my gyno recommended isn't even a breast surgeon, it is a general surgeon with breast experience.

And although my breasts can be lumpy, this lump in particular stands out, it is big and hard and doesn't feel like the other breast in that same spot, although there are some spots on the left breast that feel similar, but they don't hurt like this one does.

I answered your question about surgeons on your other thread. I don't know how they are going to biopsy with no target and with a clear MRI, mammogram and ultrasound.

all the reports sound negative, most likely just fibroglandular tissue, which is very common. I agree with Melissa, if all your imaging tests are negative and they say there is no localized target to biopsy, then a biopsy is not needed and wouldn't work. (they would just be going in blind and not really knowing where to aim). I have several areas of lumpiness / ropiness that always show clear on my mammo, MRI, and US (and have for years), so they don't biopsy them, say they are fibroglandular tissue. I just have to trust that they know best, since they have expertise in this area. Just be vigilant with your monthly breast exams (and yearly mammos) and if you detect any significant changes, bring it to your doctor's attention.
